DJ Demian is the latest eccentric creation of Damir Martinović Mrle, the creative force behind Let 3, a shock-art-rock sensation that mesmerised audiences on 2023 Eurovision stage. Pushing boundaries since 1987, Mrle’s four-decade-long biography is stacked, including shooting corks on national TV, staging a suicide on the main square, winning numerous awards for film and play soundtracks, and releasing a children’s music album.

Inspired by the eponymous protagonist of Hesse’s novel, Demian embarks on a journey of self-discovery, aiming to blend the sounds of deep techno bunkers with his eclectic rock background, all while showcasing his impeccable sense of fashion. Over two decades in the making, fueled by pure techno minimalism that culminates with the legendary, striking vocals of San Remo, Demian is now ready to take flight.
